If I've got two hotpoints® accounts, how do I combine my balances so I can use all my points for one hotpoints Pay® redemption?
You'll need to transfer all of your points into one account first, by calling us on 0800 861 862, weekdays between 8am and 6pm. Once you've done that, log in from Westpac One® online banking to the hotpoints account which has all your points. Enable hotpoints Pay here, choosing the right card for your next purchase, and your hotpoints will be used for the next purchase you make with that card.
