I clicked on a button to fix a new rate on my home loan. Why did it take me to my accounts screen?

This might happen when:

  • You have two different customer IDs for digital banking. You might have two customer IDs if you have more than 9 accounts to display. The link to refix your home loan won’t work if you’ve clicked on it from the ID that doesn’t have your home loan account.
  • You’ve already contacted us to fix a new rate on your home loan. If you’ve already talked to us about fixing a new rate on your home loan, you don’t need to do anything. Click on the three dots in the notification and click Dismiss notification to delete it.

Why can’t I see the Fix a new rate button?

You may not be eligible to fix a new rate in digital banking. For example, you may be on a First Home Loan, your loan is linked with trusts or guarantees, or your loan is interest-only.
