Once again, our country finds itself facing extraordinary and challenging circumstances, and once again we’re committed to being there for our customers.
At the moment our singular focus is on continuing to offer essential banking services and financial support, while keeping you and our people safe.
Like most of you, we’re learning to adapt to new ways of working. Only a small proportion of our branches will open when the country is at Alert Level 3 and only for a short window on Wednesdays.
We have made this decision because we want to help minimise the number of pathways that COVID-19 can spread in the community.
Banking can still be done online or by telephone, and cash will still be available from ATMs.
This is a good time to register for online banking if you haven’t done so already.
