You can reset your Westpac One® password in the app or on the browser. Follow these simple steps:

  1. At the login page, select the 'Forgot your password' link
  2. Enter your customer ID or username
  3. Complete your Online Guardian challenge question
  4. Your temporary password will be sent to your mobile number registered in online banking
  5. Enter your customer ID or username and the temporary password that was sent to your mobile
  6. Re-enter your temporary password and choose a new password
  7. You will be logged in and taken to the security screen to confirm your password update was successful.
