You can reset your Westpac One® password in the app or on the browser. Follow these simple steps:
- At the login page, select the 'Forgot your password' link
- Enter your customer ID or username
- Complete your Online Guardian challenge question
- Your temporary password will be sent to your mobile number registered in online banking
- Enter your customer ID or username and the temporary password that was sent to your mobile
- Re-enter your temporary password and choose a new password
- You will be logged in and taken to the security screen to confirm your password update was successful.
