Check your device

To keep your banking safe, your phone or tablet needs iOS 15 or Android 7 and above for the app. From July 2026 you’ll need iOS 16 and Android 10. If your phone or tablet can’t support the app, you can still log in to Westpac One through Westpac.co.nz.
