How to use it.

Load your card

Load your card with your chosen amount of money (minimum first deposit of $50), and load a PIN number.

Top it up

Top up/reload your card using Westpac One® online banking or phone banking (if you're an existing customer), Westpac ATMs, or at a Westpac branch.

Using it

When you use your prepaid card in store or at an ATM, select the 'credit' button.

Prepaid cards are only available to personal customers. Customers between the ages of 12 and 17 must have a parent or guardian also sign their application form.
