There’s ten prizes up for grabs. Each prize is valued at $3,500 and includes:

• $2,500 to spend on Live Nation tickets.
• $1,000 spending money to help you get to the gigs.

You’ll have 12 months to use your ticket credit on any Live Nation promoted show across New Zealand or Australia.

Prize draw Terms and Conditions

Entry into this prize draw constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

1. Entry period: 14 September 2026 to 30 October 2026 at 11:59pm.
2. To enter: Open a new Westpac Everyday account with a debit card by 30 October 2026 and make a purchase using your mobile wallet by 20 November 2026. For existing Westpac customers with a Westpac Everyday account but no debit card: add a debit card by 30 October 2026 and make a purchase using your mobile wallet by 20 November 2026. For existing Westpac debit card customers that have not loaded their card to their mobile wallet: add to your mobile wallet and make a purchase by 20 November 2026.
3. There are ten prizes of a $2,500NZD Live Nation show credit valid for 12 months plus a $1,000NZD spending money allowance. The successful winner(s) will be supplied with a $2,500NZD Live Nation credit to be used for any Live Nation promoted shows in New Zealand or Australia within a 12 month period, from the prize draw date to 30 November 2027.  The $1,000NZD spending money allowance will be deposited to your Westpac Everyday account by 11 December 2026. You must be a Westpac New Zealand customer aged 18+.
4. Random prize draw: 30 November 2026. Ten winners will be drawn.
5. Any refunds or reversals during the promotion period will not be counted as an entry. Incomplete entries will be rejected. Entries accepted upon receipt and not dispatch.
6. Winner(s) will be notified by telephone or e-mail on or about 30 November 2026. If winner is not reasonably able to be contacted within 3 days of the prize draw, the prize shall be forfeited and another winner will be drawn.
7. By entering, you consent to Westpac publishing your name, should you win on the Westpac website at westpac.co.nz; the Westpac NZ Facebook/Instagram page and in any other forum that Westpac considers appropriate.
8. Employees (and their immediate family members) of Mastercard, Live Nation, The Loom and of their related entities, are not eligible to enter or win.
9. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Westpac may substitute the prize or any portion of the prize with an alternative prize of equivalent value without notice.
10. If Westpac cannot run the prize draw as planned, Westpac may extend the entry period or postpone or cancel the prize draw. If so, a notice will be posted at westpac.co.nz
11. Westpac may disqualify an entrant for (a) tampering with the entry process; (b) submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions; or (c) engaging in any conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
12. All decisions made by Westpac are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administrated by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to Westpac. The information you provide will only be used for purposes as described in these terms and conditions. Each entrant releases and discharges Facebook and Instagram from all risks, claims or actions of any kind whatever and however occurring which may arise at any time from or in connection with, directly or indirectly, this prize draw.
14. You are fully responsible for any tax implications arising from accepting the prize.
15. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Westpac (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability, for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, damage or injury (including loss of opportunity and any personal injury, whether physical or mental) arising in any way out of the prize draw or acceptance or use of any prize.
16. To the extent permitted by law, neither Westpac nor its agents will be responsible for the quality of any prize once issued. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a consumer's rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other statutory rights that the winner may have in relation to the prize.
17. If the winner resides outside of their chosen show location, they shall be responsible for arranging their own transport to and from the show at their own cost, as well as any other related expenses.
18. The winner(s) agree that their name and email address may be shared with Live Nation solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment. The winner(s) may select any Live Nation promoted show in New Zealand or Australia, excluding festivals. Ticket requests must be submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to the event date. Tickets are subject to availability. High-demand or sold-out events may require additional lead time, and availability cannot be guaranteed for shows that have been on sale for an extended period. All tickets and seating are subject to availability. Age restrictions may apply for some shows and venues. Once a ticket request has been confirmed, the prize will be deemed fulfilled and requests to change or swap the tickets to another event will not be accepted. If a Live Nation event is cancelled, the promoter will use reasonable endeavours to provide tickets of equal value to another Live Nation concert where possible. If an event is postponed, the promoter will endeavour to provide tickets for the rescheduled date. The winner(s) can redeem for up to ten tickets per artist / per show for friends or family. On selling or commercial resale is not permitted. Tickets will be sent to winners via email in advance of the event (subject to availability), up to 24 hours prior where applicable.
19. Should an Australian show be chosen it is the responsibility of the winner to arrange valid passports, visas and other relevant travel documentation.
20. The winner will be responsible for any expense not covered by the prize, including without limitation all accommodation, departure or other taxes, costs relating to visas or other entry requirements, travel insurance, travel documentation, food and beverage expenses and any other travel costs. All entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the applicable service providers.
21. Westpac may request proof of age, identity, address and other information from you if relevant to entry into or participation in this prize draw. Verification is at Westpac’s discretion whose decision is final.
