When can I start using my card?

Once you've been approved for a Westpac credit card, it should be with you within 10 business days. Full activation instructions will arrive with your new card. Depending on your circumstances, you may need to visit a Westpac branch to load a secure PIN and verify your identity, address and income.

If you already have your PIN you can activate your card by using it at any EFTPOS terminal with your PIN, or requesting an account balance at any ATM.
