Things you should know.
Promotion Terms and Conditions
To be eligible you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Not have held a Westpac Everyday account as of 25 January 2026 (applies to both account holders for joint accounts).
- Open a new Westpac Everyday account with a linked Westpac Debit Mastercard or AirpointsTM Debit Mastercard by 9 March 2026.
- Add your new Westpac Debit Mastercard or Airpoints Debit Mastercard to a mobile wallet. Then, by 6 April 2026 use it to make a purchase via your mobile wallet that is settled (not pending).
- The Westpac Everyday account must be open on 30 April 2026.
Transactions that are not eligible:

Using the physical card in-store, online or in-app.

ATM transactions and withdrawals.

Cash-equivalent purchases (e.g. gambling, money orders, travellers’ cheques).

Transactions made by credit card.
If you meet the above:

You're eligible for a one-time $50 payment, regardless of the number of accounts you hold.

The $50 payment will be made to your Westpac Everyday account by 30 April 2026, if you meet all Terms and Conditions and eligibility criteria and the account is still open.

If you open more than one Westpac Everyday account, the $50 cashback will be made to one account only. It will be to the first one opened and active, whether a sole or joint account.
This promotion may be varied or withdrawn at any time. It is available in conjunction with any other offer.
Apple Pay and Google Pay are available to eligible Westpac debit and credit Mastercard customers. Customers also need a compatible Apple or Android device.
Debit Mastercards applied for via online application or via Westpac One digital banking (existing customers) are eligible to add the card to a digital wallet before receiving the physical card.
