At Westpac we’re always looking for ways to understand how we can better service our customers and help them grow financially, and hearing directly from them is one of the best ways to do that.

my2cents is a research community that will periodically contact [via email] people who have registered as my2cents members and ask for their opinions on a variety of topics, including their views on certain products or services, evaluating new advertising or even helping create new products. my2cents members decide how often they participate. This community is being established in collaboration with the other major banks and is managed by Camorra Research Limited on behalf of Camorra Data Limited.

Customers selected to become members of the my2cents research community will receive an invitation via e-mail. This invitation will take them to the my2cents registration form, asking them to tell my2cents a bit more about themselves and to register for membership. This is quick and easy to do, can be done via PC, laptop, smartphone or tablet and it will involve agreeing to the my2cents community terms and conditions and privacy policy.

If you have been invited to join my2cents please do so via the email you have received from Westpac.

Westpac NZ will never ask for your login details, such as usernames, passwords, or other security related information by email, and we will never directly link you to Westpac Online Banking from an email.
