How to make the switch to online statements.

You will need to register and activate your Westpac One digital banking profile to view or download your statements online. Please make sure that your contact details are up-to-date in Westpac One. 

How to turn off paper statements.

What if I've already registered for Westpac One?

  1. Login to Westpac One and select Profile, in the app go to ‘More’ then ‘Profile’
  2. Select ‘Contact Preferences’
  3. Switch paper statements to ‘Off’ for the relevant account(s) and ‘Confirm’.

What if I have a joint account?

If you switch off paper statements for your joint account, you’re selecting this option on behalf of all account holders and confirming you have the authority to do so. For credit card accounts, your selection won’t impact any other account holders. Find out more at joint account online banking.

What if I can’t see my account in Westpac One?

If you’re unable to see your account in Westpac One, you won’t be able to switch off your paper statements. Find out more.

Check your device

Your device will need iOS 15.0 and above, or Android 7.0 and above to use the Westpac One app.
If your device is incompatible, simply use your web browser to login to Westpac One.

Downloading transactions and statements online.

In Westpac One you can download transactions or statements for your credit card, home loan, transaction or savings account. You can then print these from your device. 

  1. From the accounts screen, select the account you want to download statements for
  2. On your computer select ‘Download statements’ or in the app select the 3 dots at the top right, then ‘Download statements’
  3. Enter the time frame for the statement period 
  4. Click ‘View statements’ 
  5. Select the statement to view and download.
