How do I update my contact details?
If your address, mobile phone number or email address change, you can update these in Westpac One®. Here's how:
- Once logged in to Westpac One® online banking, select 'Profile' (top right on a computer and on the App under the top left menu)
- Click 'Personal Details'
- If the details displayed are no longer correct, select 'Edit'
- For your security, you will need to answer one of your Online Guardian challenge questions before progressing
- Once answered correctly, enter your new details in the space provided
- Click 'Apply'.
