Temporarily block your card

In the Westpac One® app select ‘Cards', or 'Manage my Cards' from a browser. Select the card you want to block and switch the toggle to 'On' to temporarily block this card or 'Off' to unblock it.

Payments you authorise are generally not considered fraudulent, so it’s likely you will be liable for any losses incurred. It can be difficult to recover money once a payment has been made, so take care when making payments and make sure you take steps to protect yourself from scams.
