The offer
The offer is one months’ free premium for customers who apply for a new eligible LifeProtect insurance policy, through Westpac and who meet the offer criteria below.
Offer criteria
LifeProtect Insurance – new policies
New LifeProtect insurance policies applied for between 12.00am on 30 April 2025 and 11.59pm on 31 July 2025 (“the Campaign Period”) which are issued by Fidelity Life and in-force at 11.59pm on 31 January 2026 (“the End Date”).
LifeProtect Applications must be made through either:
- The LifeProtect Guide, or a
- Fidelity Life Financial adviser
Exclusions
Reinstatements of policies or covers previously cancelled or lapsed, and replacements of existing or similar policies or covers are not included in this offer.
Applications first submitted before the applicable Campaign Period that are (a) resubmitted during the applicable Campaign Period, or (b) that result in a policy being issued before the applicable End Date are also excluded.
Receiving the offer
Policies eligible for the offer will be credited to the amount equal to one month’s premium, irrespective of the premium payment frequency on the policy.
This means that:
- for monthly payments, the first regular premium will be credited.
- for fortnightly payments, the first 2 regular payments will be credited and there will be a minor reduction on the third payment.
- for annual payments, one twelfth of the annual payment will be credited.
For new policies, the one month’s free premium offer only applies to the cover types and cover amounts on the policy on the date the policy is issued. Subsequent increases to cover, or additions of new cover types, after the policy starts are not eligible (unless the increase is also eligible for the offer under these terms and conditions).
The one month’s free premium offer amount cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. The premium offer amount is that shown in the policy schedule as the total premium amount.

The eligible policies are underwritten and administered by Fidelity Life.
Decisions about accepting applications and issuing policies or increases are solely the responsibility of Fidelity Life and are subject to Fidelity Life’s underwriting and assessment criteria.
Westpac and Fidelity Life accept no responsibility or liability for any delay in the underwriting or assessment of any application, for applications that are incomplete or defective, or where the policy or increase is not issued until after the applicable End Date.
Fidelity Life reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Offer at any time, which includes but is not limited to ending it early or to extending it.
This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion or offer (including any other Fidelity Life free premium offer), except by agreement with Fidelity Life.
