Why do I need to update my phone or tablet software to use the Westpac One app?
If you’re using a phone or tablet that’s running software (the operating system) that is no longer supported by Apple or Android, you may not be able to use the Westpac One® app.
We regularly update the app with new features and improved security to keep you and your money safe.
You need at least Apple iOS 15 or Android 7 on your phone or tablet to continue to get the full range of benefits from the app. From July 2026 you’ll need Apple iOS 16 or Android 10.
