Why do I need to be on the latest software/operating system, if I'm still able to access my mobile app?

It's important you update your device to the latest software/operating system, as this will allow you to download the latest version of the Westpac One® online banking app.

While you may still have access and currently use an older version of the app, we will eventually remove these older versions from the App Store. This is to make sure we only provide customers with the latest features and security.
