Why have I received a message to update my device’s software/operating system?

Your device may not be able to run the Westpac One® online banking app with its current software.

As of 7 December 2023, Westpac One will be upgraded and will only be able to operate on iOS 15.0 and above for Apple devices and Android 7.0 and above for Android devices.

We recommend you update your device to the latest software to receive the full range of benefits from the Westpac One app.
