What does the TXT / SMS feature option offer?

If enabled, the TXT / SMS feature covers:

1. Password Reset - offering an alternative option to reset your password via Security Question/Answer, and
2. Mobile Verification during checkout - this is an opt-in feature set under the wallet preferences.
