You can reset your Westpac One® digital banking password in the app or on your browser.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. At the log in page, select Forgot your password.
  2. Enter your customer ID or username and your registered mobile number.
  3. Your temporary password will be sent to your registered mobile number. Or you might need to call our contact centre on 0800 400 600 or +64 9 912 8000 from overseas (International toll charges apply).
  4. Enter the temporary password that we send to your registered mobile number.
  5. Choose a new password.
  6. Follow the onscreen prompts.
