Cyclone Gabrielle Appeal Fund

The Government has launched the Cyclone Gabrielle Appeal Fund for New Zealanders to donate money for those affected by it.

How to donate.

You can donate money to the Cyclone Gabrielle Appeal Fund in the following ways:

  • In Westpac One® online banking, go to Pay & Transfer, search for Cyclone Gabrielle Appeal Fund in the payee field and enter the amount you want to donate
  • Visit cycloneappeal.govt.nz and donate by debit or credit card
  • Text GIVE to 2454 to donate $3
  • Visit your local Westpac branch to make a cash donation.

All funds donated will be allocated by the Government to areas affected by Cyclone Gabrielle and be paid out to those in need.
