What can I do if my phone or tablet doesn’t support the app?
Your phone or tablet needs an up-to-date operating system to keep it and the Westpac One® app safe from viruses, hackers and other threats.
If you can’t update your phone or tablet’s operating system to a version that supports the app, you can still log in to online banking:
- To log in to online banking go to westpac.co.nz and select Login from the top right of the screen
- We recommend you bookmark the Westpac One login page. For help with bookmarks:

- For an Android phone or tablet go to create, view and edit bookmarks - Android - Google Chrome.
Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app by downloading it from the App Store or Google Play so you can enjoy the latest security and features.
