What do I do if I have lost my Android device?
In order to ensure your Westpac Mastercard® cannot be used on the lost device, either:
- Use Find My Device to find, lock or erase this device. This will mean that your Westpac Mastercard cannot be used with Google Pay™ on the device; or
- Call 0800 888 111 to have your card on the device temporarily suspended. If you subsequently locate your Android device, just give us a call and we will reactivate your card for use with Google Pay™.
Your physical Westpac Mastercard will continue to work as normal.
