How do I reset my Westpac One password?
You can reset your Westpac One® digital banking password in the app or on your browser.
Follow these simple steps:
- At the log in screen, go to Forgot your password or Forgot PIN.
- Enter your customer ID or username and your registered mobile number.
- Your temporary password will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Or you might need to call our contact centre on 0800 400 600 or +64 9 912 8000 from overseas (International toll charges apply). - Enter the temporary password that we send to your registered mobile number.
- Choose a new password.
- Follow the onscreen prompts.
