How do I set up and manage an automatic payment?

You can set up, change, pause, skip, or stop automatic payments easily in Westpac One® digital banking.  

• Automatic payments are usually processed 365 days a year at 7.30am each day.
• If there’s not enough money in the account you’re paying from, we’ll try the payment again at 10pm that night and 7.30am the next day.
• You can’t set up or change automatic payments between 7.30am to 8am and 10pm to 10.30pm as this is when the payments are made.
