This might happen when:

You have two different customer IDs for Westpac One

You might have two customer IDs if you have more than 9 accounts to display. The link to refix your home loan won’t work if you’ve clicked on it from the ID that doesn’t have your home loan account.

To refix online, log into Westpac One with your other customer ID and click Book a fixed rate in the notification.

You’ve already contacted us to refix your home loan

If you’ve already talked to us about refixing your home loan, you don’t need to do anything. Click on the three dots in the notification and click Dismiss notification to delete it.
