How do I download my tax certificates?

Tax certificates are provided for customers who have earned credit interest in the last tax year and are available to download through Westpac One® digital banking. You can access tax certificates for accounts in your name.

In the app:   

1. Select More from the bottom navigation
2. Select Profile
3. Under Profile, select Tax Certificates at the bottom of the menu
4. In the drop down for Year ended choose which financial year tax certificate you want to view
5. Select the document
6. Select the download button to save or print the document.  

In online banking:   

1. Select Profile
2. Under Profile, select Tax Certificates at the bottom of the menu
3. In the drop down for Year ended choose which financial year tax certificate you want to view
4. Select the document
5. Select the download button to save or print the document.
