We hold copies of your statements electronically for at least seven years in case you need a copy.

The easiest way to get a copy is to download it from Westpac One®. See our quick 'How to' guide to download statements using Westpac One. Follow the 'Download Transactions' steps for a computer and select the 'Download Statements' option in step 2. Please note this feature is not currently available on a Smartphone.

If you do not have access to online banking or, the statements are for a closed account, then contact us or pop into your nearest branch.
The normal fee for providing another copy of a statement is $5.
