How do I find my insurance policy?

For life insurance with Fidelity, and house, contents vehicle, landlord and boat insurance with Tower, your policy is saved in Westpac One® digital banking.

Policies with IAG.

If your insurance policy is for home, contents, vehicle or boat with IAG go to How do I update or change my insurance?

Policies with Tower or Fidelity Life.

For life insurance with Fidelity Life and house, contents, vehicle, landlord and boat insurance with Tower, a summary and your full policy is saved in Westpac One® digital banking. 

In the app: 
  1. Go to More from the bottom menu
  2. Choose Insurance

  3. For policies with Fidelity Life and Tower, a summary of your policy details and premiums is listed under Details.  You’ll also find your Quotes, Policies, Documents a record of any Claims.
In online banking:
  1. Go to Products and Services from the side menu if you’re on a computer.
    If you’re logging in from a phone, from Accounts go to Open/Apply
  2. Choose Insurance
  3. For policies with Fidelity Life or Tower, a summary of your policy details and premiums is under Details. 
    You’ll also find your Quotes, Policies, Documents and a record of any Claims.

If you don't use digital banking.

For home, contents, landlords, vehicle or boat insurance.

If your policy is with IAG check how do I update or change my insurance?

For life, loan and income insurance.
