Your hotpoints Pay® redemption shows as a charge for up to two business days while we process it. 

1. If you’ve turned on hotpoints Pay for your next purchase, we’ll automatically redeem your hotpoints when your next eligible transaction is made.
2. Your credit card makes a purchase first.
3. A credit for that dollar amount will come back onto your credit card account within two business days.

You'll also earn hotpoints on the purchase amount.
