Can I have more than one savings account?

Yes you can. You can have as many savings and transaction accounts as you like.

In fact, if you have Online Banking and already have an account with us, you can probably create a new savings account right now¹.

Once you've opened your savings account (or accounts) you can even give each of them a nickname so that you can easily tell them apart. For example, rather than showing up as "Westpac Bonus Saver", you could call it "Holiday Savings".

Things you should know.

¹ Some customers may not be able to open an account online and will need to come into a branch instead. Generally, the main reason is the need to see a photo ID of you, even if you've had an account with us for a long time.
