When do my Airpoints Dollars™ expire?

If you have a Westpac Airpoints™ Platinum or Westpac Airpoints™ World Mastercard®, the Airpoints Dollars earned will not expire as long as:

• The nominated Airpoints Dollars™ earner remains the same, and
• Your Westpac Airpoints Platinum Mastercard or Westpac Airpoints World Mastercard account, as applicable, remains open.

This applies to Airpoints Dollars earned by using your Westpac Mastercard as well as Airpoints Dollars held at the time you opened your Westpac Airpoints Platinum Mastercard or Westpac Airpoints World Mastercard account.

You may lose some or all your Airpoints Dollars™ earned if:

• The nominated Airpoints Dollars™ earner changes.
• The Westpac Airpoints™ Platinum or Westpac Airpoints™ World Mastercard® is closed for any reason.

In either of these scenarios Airpoints Dollars may expire in accordance with the Air New Zealand Airpoints terms and conditions. This means that some or all of your Airpoints Dollars could expire immediately.
