After you have moved to Westpac One Business®, Business Online will be withdrawn as a service and will cease to be available to you for your online banking.  We will provide you 30 days’ notice of the date that Business Online will cease to be available to you. 

Here's the fees and charges relating to Westpac One Business®. You won't see any increase in fees and charges from Business Online.

There is no change to the terms and conditions applicable, which are our general terms and conditions. We will apply all previous authorities provided by your organisation in relation to Business Online to Westpac One Business®. We will rely on those authorities to act on instructions provided through Westpac One Business® for your organisation’s accounts.   

All users who have logged into Business Online in the 12 months prior to the migration date will be set up in Westpac One Business®. Users will be set up with the same authorisation and rights as they have at the migration date. Some administration features are continuing to be developed in Westpac One Business®. Your authorisation instructions for transactions in Business Online (eg two-to-authorise) will remain the same in Westpac One Business.
