We don't manage Direct Debit forms from within Westpac. They are prepared and managed by the companies that you are paying, such as your phone or energy provider.

To set up a new Direct Debit arrangement with a particular company, ask them for a copy of their Direct Debit form. Many companies have the form available on their website

To complete the form, you'll need the customer number shown on your bill and your bank account number.

Once you've completed the form, return it to the billing company for processing.
