What do I do if my EFTPOS or debit card is lost or stolen?
If you think your card is lost or stolen, you should report it to us and block it, to prevent it from being used by someone else. You can visit your nearest branch, or give us a call on 0800 Westpac (0800 937 872), or if you're outside New Zealand +64 9 914 8026 - (standard call charges will apply), to get this done.
