What do I do if I have lost my device (iPhone/iPad/Apple Watch)?

You can block this device by either:

  • Blocking it within 'Find my iPhone' or via your iCloud account, or
  • Call 0800 WESTPAC.

Note: You can continue to use Apple Pay on other devices as well as your physical card.
