What if an account is missing from my Westpac One digital banking?
One of your accounts may not show in Westpac One® because it either does not fit the criteria for the accounts which can be accessed in digital banking, or it has not been added. You can view the full list of accounts available through Westpac One.
To add an account to Westpac One visit a branch or give us a call on 0800 400 600. From overseas call us on +64 9 912 8000 (international charges will apply).
