How do I know if I have notifications?

You’ll get notified in Westpac One® digital banking by the notification badge on the app on your device home screen. When you’re logged in, you’ll see the notification bell in the top right of your app and online banking screens.

In the app

Check the badge on your home screen or the notification bell in the top right of Accounts for the number of new and unread notifications. You can also go to More then Notifications to check your notifications.

Make sure you've turned on Westpac One push notifications to get notified by the notification badge. If the notification badge doesn’t display, you may have already read all your notifications.

If the notification badge is showing, tap the notification bell to check that you’ve read all your notifications. If the notification badge is still showing after you’ve read your notifications, make sure you’re using the latest version of the app. Go to How do I update the Westpac One app? to find out how.

In online banking

Go to your notifications by selecting Notifications on the top navigation bar. The notification bell will also display how many unread notifications you have.
