How do I check which third-party service providers have access to my account and remove access?
To check who you have granted access to your account:
- Log in to your Westpac One® account.
- Select Profile, then Third-party access.
- Select:
Active for a list of who currently has access
Inactive for a list of who had access in the past but doesn’t have current access
Pending for a list of who is waiting for access to be approved or declined.
To remove a third party’s access:
- Find their name on the Active list
- Review the consent details to confirm it's the access you want to manage
- Select Manage, then scroll down and select Remove access
- Select Yes, remove access to cancel the third-party’s access to your accounts.
If you’re not able to cancel access that was approved by someone else, contact us for help.
