For something you want to buy.

You'll need at least $3 value of hotpoints to start spending. 

Log in to Westpac One® digital banking:

  1. From Accounts, select hotpoints
  2. Turn on the switch next to Turn on hotpoints Pay to use hotpoints for your next purchase
  3. If we have your mobile number on file, you'll get a text message to confirm whether the redemption was successful.  Make sure we have your current mobile number so we can notify you 
  4. When you've completed your purchase using your hotpoints® Mastercard®
    • hotpoints Pay will automatically switch off and you'll need to turn it on again if you want to continue paying with hotpoints Pay
    • a statement credit for that dollar amount will appear on your account within two business days. 

For purchases you've made in the last 90 days.

You'll need enough hotpoints to cover the purchase in full.

Log in to Westpac One® digital banking:

  1. From Accounts, select hotpoints
  2. Select Visit the hotpoints website for more ways to redeem hotpoints and you’ll be securely logged into the website
  3. Once on the hotpoints website, select the hotpoints Pay tile
  4. From the hotpoints Pay webpage, select Use hotpoints Pay for past purchases
  5. Select your card and date range, then search and select the transaction you would like to redeem your points for.
