How do I update my mobile phone number?

You can update your mobile phone number through any of the 3 options:

• In Westpac One® Online Banking - the Online Guardian 30 day period applies
• By calling the Contact Centre on 0800 WESTPAC
• Find your nearest local Westpac Branch.

Note: updating mobile number in-Branch or with Contact Centre will be effective immediately.
