How do I use hotpoints Pay®?
For your next purchase.
Log in to Westpac One digital banking:
- From Accounts select hotpoints
- Turn the switch on next to Turn on hotpoints Pay to use hotpoints for your next purchase. You'll be able to turn it off if you change your mind
- After you have paid with hotpoints Pay, the switch will automatically turn off.
Once you have used your hotpoints, the dollar amount of your purchase will be credited to your hotpoints® credit card account within two business days.
If digital banking is not an option for you, we’re here to help. Call us on 0800 861 862, weekdays between 8am and 6pm, and we can turn on hotpoints Pay for your next purchase.
For purchases in the last 90 days.
You can also use hotpoints Pay for purchases you have already made in the last 90 days, if you have enough hotpoints to cover them in full. Log in to Westpac One digital banking:
- From Accounts select hotpoints
- Select Visit the hotpoints website for more ways to redeem hotpoints
- You’ll be securely logged in to the hotpoints website
- Select the hotpoints Pay tile
- Select Use hotpoints Pay for past purchases.
- Select your card and date range
- Search then select the transaction you would like to redeem your points on.

hotpoints Pay® terms apply.
You need at least $3 value of hotpoints to use hotpoints Pay.
Only a hotpoints Mastercard® (or linked Payment Instrument) can be used for hotpoints Pay. Once activated, the next eligible transaction made on your card will use your hotpoints (up to the hotpoints Pay value) and a credit for that dollar amount will appear on your account within the next two business days.
