How do I manage my Westpac One notifications?

You can receive Westpac One® push notifications and Westpac One notifications.

Push notifications

You can manage push notifications in your phone’s system settings. Visit the iPhone User Guide for iPhone users or the Android Help Centre for Android users.

When you download the Westpac One app and log in for the first time, we’ll ask you to turn on push notifications so we can send you important updates to help you stay on top of your banking.   
  
Notifications 

Notifications display in the Westpac One app and Westpac One online banking. You can’t turn these off because it’s important we keep you updated with your everyday banking.
