It takes a few simple steps to edit or cancel a payment you have set up for the future. Here's how: 

  1. Once logged in, select 'Pay & Transfer'
  2. Select the 'Planned payments' tab 
  3. Locate and select the payment you want to edit or cancel  
  4. Here you have various options depending on the type of payment. For automatic payments you can edit, cancel, suspend or skip the next payment. For other types of payments you can edit or cancel. 

Note: Planned payments can be cancelled and edited up until the payment gets processed which is 7am weekdays.
