How can I stop my paper statements? - Help | Westpac NZ

Turning off paper statements means your everyday and savings accounts are available in Westpac One® digital banking rather than being mailed to you.

How to turn off paper statements:

In the app:

Select More from the bottom menu, then Profile
Select Contact Preferences, then Statements
To turn statements off for all your accounts, select the switch next to All at the top of the list to turn them Off
To turn statements off for one or some of your accounts, select the switch next to the account to turn it Off
Then select Confirm.

In online banking:

If you’re on your computer, select Profile from the top menu

If you’re on a phone, select the three dots, then Profile
Select Contact Preferences, then Statements
To turn statements off for all your accounts, select the switch next to All at the top of the list to turn it Off
To turn statements off for just one or some of your accounts, select the switch next to the account to turn it Off
Then Select Confirm.
