Yes, you must be registered for Online Guardian using a current mobile number for verification in Westpac One in order to make an international payment.

If you’ve recently updated your mobile number, a 30-day stand-down period applies (which you can reduce by calling us at 0800 400 600 or +64 9 912 800 from overseas). For international payments, there’s an additional 7-day waiting period.
