How do I change an account image and reorder my accounts in the Westpac One® app
You can change your account images and reorder your accounts in the Westpac One app.
To choose an account image:
- Select More from the bottom tabs
- Select Personalisation from the menu list
- Select Change account images
- Select the account you want to change the image for and tap the edit icon next to the account name
- Select an image or icon from the provided images
- Select Save to change your image.
You'll see the new image/s on your Accounts screen.
To reorder your account list:
- Select More from the bottom tabs
- Select Personalisation from the menu list
- Select Account ordering
- Select the account you want to reorder and drag it to the position you want it
- When you’ve finished reordering your accounts, select Save to confirm the new order.
You'll see the new account order on your Accounts screen.
Things you should know.
- Changes to your account image and account order are only saved on the phone or tablet where you made them. They won't show on other devices you use with the Westpac One app or on Westpac One online banking.
- If you delete and reinstall the app, you'll lose your account personalisation settings and will need to set them up again.
- Account personalisation isn’t available if you’re using the Westpac One app as a guest.
- New accounts will automatically appear at the bottom of your list.
- Account reordering in the Westpac One app will override any reordering requests made at a Westpac branch or with our customer service team. Any following reordering changes made at a branch or with our customer service team will only show in Westpac One online banking.
- Make sure you're using the latest version of the Westpac One app.
