If my device can no longer support the Westpac One® online banking app – can I still use the app on my device?
If you’re not able to update your device's software to the minimum requirements for the Westpac One® online banking app, then your device will no longer be supported. You can still access your online banking services on your device’s internet browser.
To access online banking on your browser, visit westpac.co.nz, and press the ‘Login’ button at the top-right corner of the screen.
