You will be required to visit your nearest branch to open a business account with us. Once you're a Westpac customer, complete this form and then we can set up your merchant services.

• Confirm you are acting on behalf of the applicant business (including directors), and you are authorised to complete this application, including to provide credit check authorisations on behalf of the applicant (including directors)
• Authorise Westpac and/or its supplies to verify the information in the application using any sources deemed appropriate, authorise Westpac to obtain a credit check of the business (including directors) and authorise Westpac and any relevant third parties to disclose and exchange any personal information they may hold that may be required for such purposes
• Understand that Westpac may provide and receive ongoing credit information about the business (including directors) and authorise Westpac and any relevant third parties to disclose and exchange any personal information they may hold that may be required for such purposes
• Confirm that all information included in your application is accurate, complete and up-to-date
• Confirm that for an ecommerce application, the internet criteria must be met before the merchant facilities can be activated.
• Acknowledge that Westpac are, or may be, required to verify your identity and certain other information provided in this form.

Merchant fees.

  • A Westpac representative will contact you to discuss the fees applicable to your merchant facilities after you submit this form.
  • Westpac may change your Merchant Service Fee (MSF) rate at any time by giving you written notice on the terms set out in the Merchant Services Agreement.
