If your address, mobile phone number or email address change, you can update these in Westpac One®. Here's how:

  1. Once logged in to Westpac One® online banking, select 'Profile' (top right on a computer and on the lower right in the App under 'More')
  2. Click 'Personal Details'
  3. If the details displayed are no longer correct, select 'Edit'
  4. For your security, you will need to answer one of your Online Guardian challenge questions before progressing
  5. Once answered correctly, enter your new details in the space provided
  6. Click 'Save'.
