GUNS N' ROSES CONCERT TICKET COMPETITION terms and conditions.

1. Entry period: 12am on Tuesday 25 August to 11.59pm on Sunday 6 September 2026.
2. To enter: Tell us how much a fan you are of Guns N’ Roses. You must be a Westpac debit or credit Mastercard customer, aged 18 years or older. To attend the event, anyone under the age of 14 must be supervised by a responsible adult 18 years or older, at all times.
3. There are 5 (five) prizes of double pass tickets for the Westpac NZ Mastercard Priceless Experience: It's so Easy VIP Package to be won to the Guns N’ Roses concert at Eden Park, Auckland, on Thursday 17 December 2026.
4. Package Inclusions for the Mastercard Priceless Experience: It’s So Easy VIP Package
   • Two (2) General Admission standing tickets in the Front GA Pit with VIP riser access
   • Come and go as you wish from the VIP riser to the GA Pit throughout the evening, VIP bar access during the show on the VIP riser

5. If you win one of the 5 x prizes of double pass tickets for the Westpac NZ Mastercard Priceless Experience: It's so Easy VIP Package to the Guns N’ Roses World Tour 2026 and live outside of the Auckland region, $500 will be provided to help cover travel costs to the music event. You will be responsible for arranging your own transport to and from Auckland at your own cost, as well as any other related expenses. The travel cost contribution will be deposited into your Westpac bank account on 21 December 2026, if you have attended the event.
6. Random prize draw: 16 September 2026.
7. One entry per person. Incomplete entries will be rejected. Entries accepted upon receipt and not dispatch.
8. Winner(s) will be notified by telephone or e-mail on or about 18 September 2026. If winner is not reasonably able to be contacted within 5 days of the prize draw, the prize shall be forfeited, and another winner will be drawn.
9. By entering, you consent to Westpac publishing your name, should you win on the Westpac website at westpac.co.nz; the Westpac NZ Facebook and Instagram pages and in any other forum that Westpac considers appropriate.
10. Employees (and their immediate family members) of Westpac, Mastercard, Saatchi & Saatchi, Spark Foundry, The Loom, and of their related entities, are not eligible to enter or win.
11. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Westpac may substitute the prize or any portion of the prize with an alternative prize of equivalent value without notice.
12. If Westpac cannot run the prize draw as planned, Westpac may extend the entry period or postpone or cancel the prize draw. If so, a notice will be posted at westpac.co.nz/rewards
13. Westpac may disqualify an entrant for (a) tampering with the entry process; (b) submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions; or (c) engaging in any conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
14. All decisions made by Westpac are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administrated by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to Westpac. The information you provide will only be used for purposes as described in these terms and conditions. Each entrant releases and discharges Facebook and Instagram from all risks, claims or actions of any kind whatever and however occurring which may arise at any time from or in connection with, directly or indirectly, this prize draw.
16. You are fully responsible for any tax implications arising from accepting the prize.
17. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Westpac (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability, for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, damage or injury (including loss of opportunity and any personal injury, whether physical or mental) arising in any way out of the prize draw or acceptance or use of any prize.
18. To the extent permitted by law, neither Westpac nor its agents will be responsible for the quality of any prize once issued. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a consumer's rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other statutory rights that the winner may have in relation to the prize.
19. Westpac may request proof of age, identity, address and other information from you if relevant to entry into or participation in this prize draw. Verification is at Westpac’s discretion whose decision is final.
